I can't believe that once again it's that time of the year when leaves turn color and olives are harvested! As a consequence of what has probably been the driest season ever experienced in my entire life, fruits are nice and healthy, no bugs, no fungi...not many. Looks like low quantity is going to bring forth to an exceptional high quality. Why not find out? Warning...freshly pressed olive oil can be very addictive....
